ALUMNI CHAIRPERSON POSITION REMAINS VACANT AFTER SWEARING IN

 Shockingly, the post of the Alumni Hall Of Residence
chairperson, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife is still vacant till this present moment.

Sequel to the controversial state of the election of the alumni chairperson post, the position still remain vacant even after the swearing in event.

 All offices that were elected in the just concluded election of the student's union were sworn in earlier today but it was announced by the speaker that the position still remains vacant and should not be represented by any individual.


   Recall that this position has been controversial as alumni occupants show their unpleasant exclusion of a candidate and evade the voting process. With that the electoral petition has in few days ago nullify the election for same post and order for a rerun for only this post. Date of the rerun for now has not been announced by the electoral commission.
