The embattled speaker of the Student Representatives Council, Obafemi Awolowo University Falayi Temitope popularly known as "Tbamz" debunked the rumors of his suspension claiming that there was no rift between the Central Executive Council and The Parliament.

According to Campus villa newsmen in an interview done with him due to the rumour that have been flying  around concerning the suspension of the speaker of  the union in which most Great Ife students does not know the true side of the story ,some took the rumour hook and line line and sinker.                                              

In order to clear the air,an interview was conducted with the speaker and the Clerk at the level of Student Union Building on the state of Great Ife student union  in order to bring clarity after being asked  on the case of his suspension the speaker in response clear the air

Speaking at the interview, "If am suspended then I should step aside from my duties but in as much I still perform my duties definitely am not suspended" he said

He further brought clarity to Great Ife students on rumour of faction between SRC and CEC.He said "There is no rift between the members of CEC and SRC  members both of them are discharging their duties according to the Constitution"

He therefore promise to write to Great Ife Students soonest he went further to categorize the absence of SRC members in the last political symposium held on 12 June 2017, as maybe because the are preoccupied with activities or other reasons.                        
The clerk absence on the emergency sitting which held on 9th June 2017 was nothing to be left out in which the clerk said
"There no any written petition that was submitted to me to signify that the should me a seating" he therfore proceed further to back up his claim from the sacrosanct constitution ouf OAU  student union by saying that before any emergency meeting should be called there should be a gender before hand at least 3days that there will be meeting and it should be pasted 48 hours on the board"
